Dimitri Vegas and WINSON are back with their highly anticipated track ‘Flute’, via BSMNT. They have blurred the lines between Hard Techno and Big Room, creating what can only be described as a passage through a relentless sound.
We’re introduced to ‘Flute’ with an overdriven kick that pulses heavily through the nervous system. This is contrasted by an eerie flute-like motif that leads us into a heavily reverberated echo of the same melody, with a familiar big room feel that generates an adrenaline rush. A vocal bellows, ‘Feel the Bass’ as the rhythms shift into a mechanical breakdown of distortion, followed closely by a harrowing scream trailing the beats.
Belgium-born Dimitri Vegas stands as one of the most multifaceted figures in contemporary electronic culture. Crowned World No.1 DJ twice in the Top100DJs (2015 and 2019), Dimitri, alongside his brother Mike, has maintained an extraordinary, uninterrupted presence in the global Top 5 for over a decade.
