The emerging duo a shadowy deep house cut powered by rolling low-end and hypnotic vocal textures, built for after-hours floors

Los Angeles, CA – Friday, May 1 – Rising from London’s underground, IDEMI step into focus with a hypnotic, after-hours weapon primed for peak-time impact. Marking their debut on Insomniac Records, “Reflections” arrives as a road-tested instrumental already making waves across global dancefloors. Rooted in raw ’90s house energy and sharpened with modern minimal finesse, the British-Chinese twin duo distill club tension into a sleek, driving statement.

Built for deep-room immersion, “Reflections” leans into warm analog tones, woozy synth work, and tightly coiled percussion. Glossy atmospheres swirl around circular chord progressions that nod to progressive rave lineage, while a stripped-back, vocal-free structure heightens its hypnotic edge. Following strong reactions throughout their recent Australia run, the release underlines IDEMI’s instinct for restraint and release—balancing nostalgia with forward-facing minimalism in a precise, slow-burning cut.

«Reflections is IDEMI’s second release of 2026, with the track born in a hotel room one night after a set, sitting together in a moment of reflection. Being brothers, we’ve been making music together for the love of it since we were 14, and we feel really lucky to be able to create and play shows around the world together. Reflections captures all these feelings, and we made it for the community that made it all possible.” – IDEMI

Off the back of a breakout run, IDEMI are quickly carving space within the global circuit. The London-based pair—Rhett and Conran Lee—channel the spirit of ’90s house into streamlined, euphoric club tools geared toward peak-time settings. A debut EP on HOTTRAX, the imprint helmed by Jamie Jones, alongside their widely supported single “Someday” via Method 808, and their rework of the Lustral classic ‘Everytime’ has cemented early momentum. Backing from selectors including Chris Stussy, Kettama, Salute, Obskür, Riordan, and Chloé Caillet continues to position them among a new wave of artists reshaping underground house.
